KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years experience as a market researcher in a medical equipment/supplies and or pharmaceutical field in China.
• Proven ability to find, condense and make sense of a vast amount of market knowledge from a wide variety of sources.
• The candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English with overseas educational or working experience.
• International MBA preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for market research, reports, strategic planning, forecasting, making recommendations on target markets and refining the business models as well as some business development activities. The candidate will perform these roles with very little direct supervision.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop, implement, monitor and report on key industry indicators and market needs
• Work with Product Manager and Business Development to identify market opportunities and market entry strategies
• Build/ establish relationships with industry leaders
• Develop, track, and report on the overall market landscape of the medical supply chain in China: communicate findings with executives
• Develop, forecast and track Annual Marketing Plan
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Defines, develops and deploys clear implementation plans supported by the Company’s Vision
• Analyzes performance of processes and takes action to correct inefficiencies
• Maintains and modifies Capitis processes; makes approved changes, develops details, and implements changes
• Writes operating procedures (SOPs) for processes
• Clearly reports challenges and milestones in written format
• Uses judgment in selecting among procedures and seeks assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise
• Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art business software
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale and productivity.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to write technical documents and other instructions
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
• Ability to communicate with and interpret requirements
• Ability to process data and to format and generate reports

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

• Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment and inter-office
