1.Lead the China Strategic and Plant Purchasing team.
2.Ensure that most of materials for China will be procured from local/domestic or regional Asia suppliers
3.Find and support China supplier development for the global use of the Group.

Tasks任务
1.In alignement with AP, global CM and PL purchasing, lead the China purchasing activities with report to the AP procurement VP.
2.Further build up a world class high performing comodity driven procurement organisation in China.
3.China investigation of the supplier market for raw materials and components; Indirect materials, investments and services.
4.Further development of new suppliers in China.
5.Negotiations of common purchasing documents like Non Disclosure Agreement, Master Agreemnent, Quality assurance agreement of the Group
6.Visit, auditing and evaluation of key suppliers together with the teams
7.Value analysis at suppliers and drive TCO savings.
8.Task force and trouble shooting in case of delivery and quality problems
9.Support implementation of global and regional purchasing strategies.
10.Act as a focal point of procurement communication for China.
11.Lead the team to handle delivery and quality problems
12.At the supervisor's request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of corporate reorganizations etc.
