High-Tech Forecasting & Planning Summit

I’m extremely pleased to say that I’ll be attending the High-Tech Forecasting & Planning Summit and will be writing articles on the event. The event, being held April 22-23 in San Francisco, has an incredible list of speakers, including senior executives from Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, Panasonic, Intel, Samsung, LG, Microsoft and many other market leading companies.

很感谢你,几天下来基本看完了你的博客,学到很多东西。
你说你在半导体设备行业,我以前在ST 深圳厂做设备维护,后来又做备件采购,后来又在光电行业做供应商管理工作。
我想问两个问题,可否告知你的看法

1:我负责是备件和辅料类的,但你也知道在大陆这边对应的工厂比较低端(要这职位的比较少),或者很难去办公室类的采购中心,一般要电子类的。辅料类的好像工资也很低,你看我现在改方向从事电子料类有前途么,主要是IC方向,虽然这两年IC可能不怎么景气,我想毕竟是资金和技术密集型的行业,会好些。深圳现在越来越没有工厂了。

2:很想知道半导体设备类的公司在大陆这边有办公室的有哪几家,我很兴趣,结合自身条件,我想可能是发展方向之一,谢谢你。

你好,我是北京一家小物流公司的业务员,今年22岁,因为是学物流管理和对外贸易专业,而选择了入这行。
我现在每天的工作就是在网上找公司,然后打电话约见面,因为没有这方面的人脉积累,我的业绩很差,另一方面也是因为公司的价格没有优势,现在北京很多公司都是倒货性质的公司。
我现在感觉工作进展很困难,感觉前路模糊。

请问像这样做物流公司的业务员是长久之计吗?
中国物流的发展方向是怎样,针对我个人而言如何把握这样的发展方向?

你好,我是一名生产工艺工程师,因为归在质量部门,加上自己自学了一些质量知识,所以具备一定生产及质量经验,由于合同到期,现在面临再择业,我想试着转向SQE,但是对这行有点陌生,也不是很清楚怎样才能比较有效的转行成功,希望能通过这个交流平台获得您宝贵的建议

我是一家贸易公司的小采购,从毕业踏入IC 行业就一直做电子芯片的采购。开发新的供货商很有挑战性我很喜欢,但是目前还国内供货商比较多,国外的也开发过,做了一两次风险很大,但是也还在继续开发,因为我们终端的需求都是国外的厂商的产品。所以开发国外的渠道可以节省成本。

在这里很想请教刘老师一些怎么识别好的国外供应链?同时如何把贸易风险降低到最小化?
