很感谢你，几天下来基本看完了你的博客，学到很多东西。
你说你在半导体设备行业，我以前在ST 深圳厂做设备维护，后来又做备件采购，后来又在光电行业做供应商管理工作。
我想问两个问题，可否告知你的看法
1：我负责是备件和辅料类的，但你也知道在大陆这边对应的工厂比较低端（要这职位的比较少），或者很难去办公室类的采购中心，一般要电子类的。辅料类的好像工资也很低，你看我现在改方向从事电子料类有前途么，主要是IC方向，虽然这两年IC可能不怎么景气，我想毕竟是资金和技术密集型的行业，会好些。深圳现在越来越没有工厂了。
2：很想知道半导体设备类的公司在大陆这边有办公室的有哪几家，我很兴趣，结合自身条件，我想可能是发展方向之一，谢谢你。

你好，我是北京一家小物流公司的业务员，今年22岁，因为是学物流管理和对外贸易专业，而选择了入这行。
我现在每天的工作就是在网上找公司，然后打电话约见面，因为没有这方面的人脉积累，我的业绩很差，另一方面也是因为公司的价格没有优势，现在北京很多公司都是倒货性质的公司。
我现在感觉工作进展很困难，感觉前路模糊。
请问像这样做物流公司的业务员是长久之计吗？
中国物流的发展方向是怎样，针对我个人而言如何把握这样的发展方向？
譬如说某行业的某职位，要把握这些需要具备什么样的经历、学历、知识、经验、关系、人脉......？

我是一家贸易公司的小采购，从毕业踏入IC 行业就一直做电子芯片的采购。开发新的供货商很有挑战性我很喜欢，但是目前还国内供货商比较多，国外的也开发过，做了一两次风险很大，但是也还在继续开发，因为我们终端的需求都是国外的厂商的产品。所以开发国外的渠道可以节省成本。
在这里很想请教刘老师一些怎么识别好的国外供应链？同时如何把贸易风险降低到最小化？
